You will obtain it after a purchase with a total value of above 40 Eur. We will offer it to you during your purchase and we will send it to you together with your delivery and you will obtain your first 7%.

How to collect bonus points?
You don’t have to care about anything in our e-shop, because you’ll obtain a 7% bonus automatically after each login. But there are a few exceptions – payments with a discount voucher or using bonus points; we can’t give you bonus for those.
How to use bonus points?
Just choose goods with a same or lower value in comparison with your credit balance. Because payments with bonus points can’t be combined with other payment methods. You can see your credit balance directly in your user account. Bonus points are valid for 2 years since your last purchase. Let us know if you’ve lost your card. We can block it and protect it from misuse.

How to use your voucher?
It’s simple. Write your discount or gift code in the relevant field during your purchase and we’ll calculate the new price for you.
How many vouchers can I use?
In one order you can use only one discount voucher. But you can use multiple gift vouchers in one order, because it’s an exception.
You’ve inserted your code, but the price is still the same?
That’s because you’ve already used this voucher before. Each code can be used only once.
We’re selling small bags, but even large packages. We have only one limitation – the order value.
Quantity discount for bigger purchases
Do you order more beads at once? We can offer you a better price and you don’t even have to take care about it. You’ll see it in the details of each particular product directly in our e-shop.
Special price list for wholesale customers
Are your purchases really big? Thatcan be even more profitable for you. We can offer you a wholesale registration for orders above £ 100 and you’ll then have an access to our special price list. Just fill in some information and we’ll call you back and we’ll explain all the details.
However, wholesale registrations cannot be combined with a bonus program.
Change of goods any time
Have you made a mistake during your purchase?
Do you want more or less of some beads? If we haven’t already packed your package, we can change it for you. Just write us an e-mail.
Do you need to return or swap something?
If a particular good isn’t damaged or used, then we can swap it at any time. Just send us your purchase back to our company’s address. We’ll then confirm its receipt and we’ll send the money back to your account.
