  All orders over £150 will receive FREE Parcel Force door-to-door delivery.

  All orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) are aimed to be dispatched on the same working day.

  A signature is always required on delivery. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for it.

   How to use your voucher?
It’s simple. Write your discount or gift code in the relevant field during your purchase and we’ll calculate the new price for you.

   How many vouchers can I use?
In one order you can use only one discount voucher. But you can use multiple gift vouchers in one order, because it’s an exception.

  You’ve inserted your code, but the price is still the same?
That’s because you’ve already used this voucher before. Each code can be used only once.

Do you order more beads at once? We can offer you a better price and you don’t even have to take care about it. You’ll see it in the details of each particular product directly in our e-shop.

Change of goods any time

 

  Have you made a mistake during your purchase?
Do you want more or less of some beads? If we haven’t already packed your package, we can change it for you. Just write us an e-mail.

  Do you need to return or swap something?
If a particular good isn’t damaged or used, then we can swap it at any time. Just send us your purchase back to our company’s address. We’ll then confirm its receipt and we’ll send the money back to your account.
